The Cilaos hotel welcomes you to its restaurant, Lentille des Gourmets, which borrows its name from the flagship product of the circus region: the Cilaos lens. Tradition and authenticity are the key words of the place. The menu presents Creole and French gastronomic recipes, based on meat, fish and local products. You will succumb to the pumpkin gratin, the foie gras with white Cilaos wine, the homemade Cilaos lentil cassoulet, the duck breast with Victoria pineapple, and the papaya tarte tatin dessert.
